Dynamic Freedom Yoga is a living practice of embodied awakening.

More than movement, more than breath — each session weaves mindful movement, somatic intelligence, conscious breath, frequency work, sound, and ritual into a portal for releasing conditioned patterns and restoring natural alignment — physically, emotionally, and energetically — revealing your natural state of coherence, clarity, and inner guidance.

At the heart of this work is the understanding that transformation doesn’t arrive through force or fixing. It emerges through presence, regulation, and self-trust. As the body softens into safety, perception heals, intuition sharpens, and a deeper intelligence begins to guide your life.

Yoga

We currently offer yin yoga and hatha yoga with a tendency towards vinyasa flow with restorative practices. Kym integrates breathwork, meditation techniques and ancient wisdom with modern science, consciousness and intuition to provide unique powerful classes.

You choose from yoga (Yin to Vinyasa), yoga in slings, breathwork, sound meditation, sauna & icebath - Discuss your intensions - And together we create a unique journey.

In just 3 hours, you will feel like you have had a mini holiday. A real stay-casion.

Breath & Sound Journey

Once a month - the closest Saturday to the Full Moon.

We ground and set intensions before moving into a guided breathwork meditation, including Conscious Connected Breathing - to culminate in an hour long shavasana with live sound vibrations. We enjoy slowly emerging and integrating as we share in a cup of warm chai and connect over our experiences.
