Kym will guide you into the meditation with some gentle breathwork to help you arrive more readily in a state to truly allow the meditation to work it wonders.

From there we set intensions and immerse into a sound journey.

Kym will intuitively create a sounds journey using crystal bowls, tibetan bowls, the harmonium, flute, ocean drum, gong, chimes, ratlle and voice to guide you into a deep relaxed state where the vibrations can do their work to align, heal, rejuvinate and mesmerise you into a more joyful, grateful and loving space.

Not only will the sound therapy be at work at a deep cellular level, clearing and cleansing, your body and mind will feel deeply relaxed and your nervous system feel re-set and ready to dive into life with a more inspired, calm frame of mind.
