A beautiful offering, combining the meditative practice of Yin Yoga and the ancient technique of Acupuncture. Both modalities bring balance and allow the free flow of energy through the body.
Allow one hour to journey through a balancing Yin Yoga sequence with Kriscelle, our Yin Yoga teacher. Designed to allow the deep release of connective tissue, nervous energy, tension and blood stagnation as well as offering a chance to relax, before flowing onto a seasonally tailored acupuncture session with Jeremy, our TCM Acupuncturist. The body and mind will be given the chance to reset, replenish and balance for the coming change in season.
The theme of our workshop focuses on the Fire element, and the Heart and Small Intestine meridian channels. The philosophy, Yin Yoga shapes and Acupuncture points will all be specifically selected to promote the health of the Summer energy.
Expect to feel calm and refreshed in body and mind and to have one of the best sleeps you’ve ever had!
