Join us for 4 weeks of YIN FLOW
This is an introductory class of YIN FLOW.
While we will use traditional yin techniques where poses are held for longer durations, we will also use gentle flow to soften into - connecting movement to breath. This is a beautiful place to start if you want to ease your way into a yoga practice, or if you already practice yoga and are keen to discover what YIN can do for you.
We are looking at expressions of interest to extend this class into a permanent class.
Due to an unforseeable change, this class will now continue at 1:30pm
